The University provides free meals to students. This service is determined by the relevant Ministry and by the provisions of P.D. 387/83, 494/85, 143/90, 469/93, by the 3/10/86, 4/3/93, 14/12/95 decisions of the Senate and by the 30/10/95 opinion of the Judicial Department of the University of Athens. The price of the daily ration is up today set at 3 Euros for each student. Students who are eligible for a meal card, can also be served at contracted Restaurants or Halls of Residence or Boarding House, given they reside therein.
