Student Assistance Fund

The Student Assistance Fund of the University of Athens is an independent service, which seeks to enhance the moral and material (in kind or cash) support to students of the University in order to meet their urgent needs that based at the discretion of the Board of the Fund cannot be dealt with otherwise.

Indicative Cases:

  • To help economically weak students suffering from serious illnesses, such as those hospitalized or recovering.
  • The granting of health care beyond that provided by law.
  • Medical expenses abroad under specific conditions.
  • Provision of economic benefits in cases of emergencies.
